At Lingua Verna, we've assembled a team of native-speaking instructors who are passionate about teaching Arabic and sharing their culture. Each brings over a decade of Arabic teaching experience, along with unique life stories and teaching styles that make learning with them engaging and authentic.

Originally from Damascus, Saeed has been teaching Arabic for 12 years and has been with Lingua Verna since its founding. A former tour guide across the Levant and Egypt, he brings deep knowledge of multiple dialects. He now lives in Brazil and is also fluent in Portuguese.

Also from Damascus, Buraq has spent the past 10 years teaching Arabic and English during his travels through Latin America. After many years in Brazil, he now lives in Colombia and speaks Portuguese and Spanish. He also holds a degree in English Literature.

Bashar has taught Arabic for 14 years and is a native of Amman, Jordan. With a Palestinian wife, he brings a strong Southern Levantine perspective to his work as Head of Curriculum. Now living in Argentina, he also speaks Spanish fluently.
