Cancellation/Refund Policy
You may cancel your purchase at any time. Any cancellations made after 72 hours of purchase may not qualify for a refund. Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
Money-Back Guarantee for Levantine Arabic Foundations
Customers are eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee if they attend the first three weeks of the Levantine Arabic Foundations program and are not satisfied with the quality of instruction. Refund requests based on factors outside of Lingua Verna's control, such as changes in the customer’s schedule or the customer’s level not being appropriate for the program, do not qualify for a refund.

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Lingua Verna LLC from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Lingua Verna LLC Content accessed through linguaverna.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification

1. Video Recording. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree that the video portions of the courses will be recorded live. These recordings may include, but are not limited to, audio, video, and chat text from the sessions.
2. Consent to Use. You consent to the use of these recordings for various purposes, including but not limited to:Marketing and promotional activities on social media, websites, and other platforms.Distribution to enrolled students for educational purposes.Internal training and quality assurance.
3. Rights and Ownership. All recordings are the sole property of Lingua Verna LLC. We reserve the right to edit, reproduce, and distribute the content in any format and through any media channels as deemed appropriate by [Your Company Name].
4. Privacy and Confidentiality. While we aim to respect the privacy of all participants, by participating in the live course sessions, you waive any rights to inspect or approve the use of recordings or any derivative works created from them. Personal information shared during the sessions should be limited and is shared at your own discretion.
5. Opt-Out. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify Lingua Verna LLC prior to the start of the course. In such cases, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion, which could include access to recorded sessions without participation.
6. Liability. Lingua Verna LLC is not responsible for any claims or damages arising from the use of recordings as described above.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN.
LINGUA VERNA LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME. Termination/Access Restriction
Lingua Verna LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Virginia in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Lingua Verna LLC as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Lingua Verna LLC's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Lingua Verna LLC's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Lingua Verna LLC with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Lingua Verna LLC with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Lingua Verna LLC with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
